How do I book a trip?

All bookings are made securely online at www.flex-travel.co.uk. Simply choose your trip, select your seats, and complete payment — it only takes a few minutes!

Can I book over the phone?

No, we’re an online-only operator. This helps keep our prices low and our service fast.

How do I access my booking details?

You can view your trip information, itinerary, and payment history anytime by logging into your Customer Account on our website.

Will I receive travel documents?

Yes — your booking confirmation and travel details will be emailed to you automatically after payment.

Payments & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards as well as interest free services such as ClearPay, PayPal (Pay in 3) and Klarna, so you can spread the cost of your trip easily.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes — we proudly support Blue Light Card holders. We also run special offers and mid-week saver trips throughout the year – keep an eye on our social media for these!

Can I pay a deposit instead of full payment?

We require full payment at time of booking to secure your spot, however working with interest free services such as ClearPay, PayPal (Pay in 3) and Klarna you can spread the cost of your trip easily.

Travel Information

Where are the pick-up points?

Pick-ups vary depending on the trip. You can choose at the point of booking and this is confirmed in your booking email.

What time do we return?

Approximate return times are shown in your itinerary. All timings are subject to traffic and ferry conditions.

Do you offer door-to-door service?

Yes, we offer an optional extra “Door-to-Door” service where a taxi collects you from home and will drop you to meet the coach.

Are your coaches accessible?

Please contact us before booking if you require a wheelchair accessible vehicle — we’ll always do our best to assist.

European Trips

What do I need to travel to Europe?

You’ll need a valid passport and any visas or travel documents required for your destination. It is your responsibility to ensure all passengers meet entry requirements.

Do you provide travel insurance?

Not currently. We recommend purchasing suitable travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical, and personal belongings.

Cancellations & Changes

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes — simply email us to request cancellation. Refund amounts depend on how far in advance you cancel (see our Booking Terms & Conditions for details).

Can I transfer to another trip?

If spaces are available, we’ll happily move your booking to another date or destination, subject to an admin fee.

What happens if Flex Travel cancels a trip?

If we have to cancel (e.g. due to operational issues or poor weather), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip.

On the Day

Are snacks or drinks included?

Yes — selected trips include complimentary snacks and drinks on board. Check each trip page for details.

Can I reserve a specific seat?

Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We do offer front row seats as an optional extra but once these are gone they’re gone!

What should I bring?

We recommend comfortable clothing, appropriate footwear, and a small bag for essentials. For European travel, bring your passport and any required documents.
