Pick-ups vary depending on the trip. You can choose at the point of booking and this is confirmed in your booking email.

Yes, we offer an optional extra “Door-to-Door” service where a taxi collects you from home and will drop you to meet the coach.

Yes — simply email us to request cancellation. Refund amounts depend on how far in advance you cancel (see our Booking Terms & Conditions for details).
If spaces are available, we’ll happily move your booking to another date or destination, subject to an admin fee.
If we have to cancel (e.g. due to operational issues or poor weather), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip.

Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We do offer front row seats as an optional extra but once these are gone they’re gone!
We recommend comfortable clothing, appropriate footwear, and a small bag for essentials. For European travel, bring your passport and any required documents.
