These Booking Terms and Conditions form the agreement between Flex Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the customer (“you”, “your”) for the purchase of any day trip, holiday, or short break. By making a booking you agree to the terms below.
If you need to cancel, please email us as soon as possible. The following charges apply:
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. PayPal/Klarna refund timings are subject to their own policies.
We recommend taking out suitable travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, medical needs, and personal belongings. Insurance is not included in your booking.
We only use your personal information to manage your booking and (if you opt in) to send Flex Travel offers. We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your travel arrangements. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Note: These T&Cs apply to all Flex Travel day trips, holidays and short breaks. Specific trips may have additional terms shown on the relevant trip page or during checkout.
